Excellent Stay with Great Service

Check-in was fast. All staff members were friendly and professional. The beds and pillows were super comfy, ensuring good sleep. The setting of the hotel is beautiful, with lovely ocean views and the sound of waves.

The walking path lacked shade. Additional trees are necessary. During the day, it became really difficult to walk in the hotel area.

The resort includes multiple pools, some are specifically for kids, and offers activities like snorkeling and diving classes. A lazy river is available for relaxation. The beach has soft sand, perfect for swimming and sunbathing.

The gym requires improved maintenance as some equipment showed wear.
